So, Like a lot of Americans I do not really have time to take part in the scrumptousness of what we call breakfast. But, when I do I prefer the delightful sounds of BRUNCH!! Being a New Yorker on a BUDGET,  I worked with what I had in my fridge and pretended that I was at brunch lol! And gosh damn I think I created a masterpiece. THE FRITTATA, simple, flavorful but also can be a hit or miss. I made this fluffy frittata with about 8 eggs whisk with milk, cheese and chives. Sauteed onions, mushrooms, garlic, pica de gallo and chicken sausage. Place in the oven for 20 min and 400 degrees and swallaalaaaaaa! This blew my mind and it will yours!
