Word For 2020 Is Worth & What I Am Manifesting #Worth

I had a conversation with self, and self told me, sis, you acting up and you yet to figure out how to stop.

For as long as I can remember at the end of each year, I would have a mission, certain goals, many intentions of how I assumed the new year was going to go! Every year they started off great, then something would happen and welp, I made that situation ultimately decide how the rest of that year would be!

A bad conversation, an argument, losing some money, whatever that moment was made me feel the need to spiral in a hole of depression. This feeling would have its moments throughout the year and never would let up, until yep you guessed it new years eve! New Year’s Eve would come and I would feel a sense of rejuvenation, optimism, and positive change! New Years Day arrives, still on cloud 9 of it being an epic year and then BOOOOOOOM, something not in my plans happens, it affects me in a major way and just like that the cycle continues!

If you find yourself getting on an emotional rollercoaster every New Years Day, you find that change is the ultimate goal but something or someone helps this plan to get railroaded, you get into this mode where you are beating yourself up because things aren’t happening the way you hoped! STOP, STOP right now! Live in the moment, what I have learned is to live day by day! Plans are great, and sometimes plans are necessary but not crucial! Over failing, and failing and failing each year, this year I have decided to live to by day! Make intentions every morning for each day. If you're brave make them for the month! Each week, evaluate what you did, if you surpassed the goals for each day, congratulate yourself and make changes accordingly.

The key to remember is life happens! Everything isn’t black and white but your life is your own, you dictate what happens! Be easy on yourself!

My Intentions for 2020:

  1. Be more patient, understanding, and love more when it comes to me

  2. Stop Procrastinating

  3. Learn your worth

  4. Trademark your Brand

  5. 35k Supporters on Instagram

  6. 30k Supporters on Youtube

  7. Find a Therapist

  8. Find a Tribe

  9. Get out of the house more and creatively

  10. Travel more

  11. Have a better spiritual relationship

  12. Believe in me, do not compare

These are just some of my intentions and goals! My word for 2020 is #worth. Knowing my worth in all aspects of life, and when knowing that, other things, personal, business, mental, physical and so much more, fall into place!

Happy New Year Squad!
