Simple and Quick Black Bean Soup

This recipe can be used not just for winter but hey on those days that you are just lazy and need something quick: Black Bean Soup! Inexpensive, no preparation required, and simply deliciosooooo, Check it out!

Your Ingredients: - 16 oz. package of store bought or freshsalsa - 16 oz. can of black beans(try low sodium or not!) - 16 oz. can of organic refried beans(trust me it's good) - 1 cup vegetable broth(chicken, or beef) - Sour cream (I tried plain greek yogurt it was a great alternative) - Fresh chives

1. Put all ingredients in a saucepan, stir on medium heat for 4-6 minutes 2. Add a dollop of sour cream 3. Sprinkle with fresh chives 4. Eat Up!
